1. Who we are

Nevv Holdings Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17234976, with our registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.

For privacy questions or requests, email compliance@nevvcapital.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry, interests and communication preferences. We also receive correspondence and limited technical information, including IP address, device details and security logs.

Information comes from you, our website providers and, where relevant, professional introductions or public professional sources. Required form fields are needed to respond to your request; other fields are optional. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive information through public forms.

3. How we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage relationships and events, deliver requested communications, operate and protect our website, and meet legal obligations.

  • Enquiries, relationship management and website security: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
  • Constellation and other requested marketing emails: your consent.
  • Required legal disclosures and records: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not use your information for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share information where necessary with hosting, technology and communications providers, event providers, professional advisers and authorities where required or permitted by law. A business sale or reorganisation may involve sharing information subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Providers acting on our behalf are subject to appropriate data-protection requirements.

5. International transfers

Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers use an applicable adequacy decision or recognised contractual safeguards under UK data-protection law. Contact us for information about relevant safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements. Subscription records are kept while you subscribe; a minimal suppression record may remain after you unsubscribe. Enquiries and event records are normally reviewed within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, and routine security logs within 12 months. Records needed for ongoing relationships, disputes or legal obligations may be kept longer.

7. Security

We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the ICO where we are legally required to do so.

8. Your rights

8.1 Under data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  1. the right to be informed about how we use your personal data (which this notice is designed to address);
  2. the right to request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  3. the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  4. the right to request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  5. the right to request restriction of, or to object to, our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  6. the right to data portability in certain circumstances; and
  7. the right to withdraw your consent where we rely on consent to process your personal data.

8.2 Some of these rights are qualified and may not apply where we are required by law or regulation to retain or continue processing your personal data. We will respond within the timeframes required by law and will not normally charge a fee.

9. Cookies

9.1 Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website.

9.2 We use strictly necessary technologies to operate and secure the website and its subscription forms. These include a visitor token stored in your browser.

9.3 Where required by law, non-essential technologies, such as functional or analytics cookies, will only be used with your consent. If we introduce these technologies, we will provide appropriate cookie information and consent controls before activating them. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
